Rev. Nicon Chetram
Rev. Nicon Chetram, Director, as a community leader in both spirituality, education and the sciences, CHFC welcomes Reverend Nicon Chetram to our board. Reverend Chetram remains an asset in his ability to effect change in the lives of the same Guyana youth we intend to care for. Given his ongoing work as the Assistant District Superintendent of the Wesleyan District in Guyana, but also as a Teacher and Coordinator at the Wesleyan Bible College on Pentateuch, and the National Worship Team of the Wesleyan Church in Guyana, the reverend not only complements our accomplished board, but also highlights the quality of support our children at CHFC can look forward to.
Reverend Chetram attended Wales Community High School before the Patentia Government Secondary School, where he personally worked to draft the CXC and GCE exams, in addition to a curriculum consisting of five subjects, including; Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Agricultural Science and Agricultural Machinery.
After attending and graduating from the Government Technical Institute with a Certificate in Agricultural Mechanics, Reverend Chetram then enrolled in the Wesleyan Bible Institute before graduating with a diploma in Christina Ministry in 1998, and again in 2000. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling/Psychology at the Wesleyan Bible College.
Since 2005, Reverend Chetram has also lead the Mountain Heights Wesleyan Church at which he is now Senior Pastor, and received his ordination in November, 2010 from the Wesleyan District of Guyana.
